Do you have a favorite memory from your time at Bindable so far?
It would have to be leading the rebranding to Bindable. Undertaking a rebranding isn't something you do lightly and it showed the faith that leadership had in me and my ideas. It's been incredible to watch the seed of idea in my sketchbook become the outward symbol of what we do every day here at Bindable.

What’s it like working at Bindable?
Working here feels like training for a marathon. No one at Bindable sits around saying, “Well, I’ve checked every box on my list today, so I guess I’ll put my feet up and relax for a bit.” We are in a constant state of pushing, training, practicing, and perfecting. Every day I ask, “How can I look at what I do and become better at it, not only for myself, but for my colleagues, my leaders, and ultimately for our partners?” This daily ask of ourselves keeps us strong, vigilant, agile, and proactive versus reactive at all times.

How would you describe what it's like working at Bindable?
I would describe it as welcoming. Within my first few weeks at Bindable, I was able to meet and have one-on-one conversations with a lot of people that I still work closely with every day. They weren't shy to offer their help or assist me in finding the right resource if they weren't able to help me directly. Though insurance is a relatively serious industry, we have the Employee Engagement Committee that puts a lot of effort and hard work into making our work week fun and connecting with each other outside of work topics.
