MyLifeProtected is a service of MassDrive Insurance Group, LLC, and Bindable Agency Services, LLC. We are a digital insurance agency and marketplace that makes it easy to shop for and compare rates for auto and home insurance all in one place. We also offer access to other protection products including travel, pet, legal, home warranty, and more. Getting a quote(s) is free, with no obligation to buy. If you find a policy you like you'll be able to connect with one of our knowledgeable agents to complete your purchase, or in some cases, even bind your policy directly online. We're dedicated to finding you the right policy at the right price; our agents have access to quotes from more than 30 leading insurance companies and will compare options to ensure that you're getting the best coverage for your need and at the best rates.
We may collect the following categories of information about you which are described in more detail below: (A) information you provide to us, (B) sensitive information, (C) information we may automatically collect, and (E) information we may receive from third parties. All of the information listed in (A)-(C), (E) above, is detailed below, and hereinafter referred to as "Information."
In using our Services, you may provide us with Information, including, without limitation:
Individual identifiers such as name, company name, contact information such as current and previous mailing address, zip code, phone number, and email address;
Demographic information such as date of birth, gender, marital status;
Driver Information, including policy information, driving record information, and vehicle information;

We may process the following categories of sensitive personal Information when you use our Services:

To process your personal Information for the purpose of sharing with our insurance partners so they may quote policies;
To provide support, service, and assistance for our products that you are covered by (including as provided by affiliates and unaffiliated third parties such as underwriters, carriers, benefit providers and third-party administrators);
To communicate with you about your transactions with us (including product related announcements), your policy, claims and send you information about features and enhancements on our website;

We may share your Information as set forth in the Privacy Policy and in the following circumstances:
Insurance Professionals & Industry Professionals. As part of the Services we offer, and with your consent, Information we collect from you will be shared with our insurance partners, other insurance institutions, and financial institutions in order to proceed with providing you with a quote. We may be compensated as part of our business relationship if you choose to go forward with a quote. By voluntarily submitting a quote request, you provide express consent and authorize us to provide the personal information submitted as a part of your quote request to our insurance partners. If you would like to opt out of receiving communications from us, please see the Your Choices section of this Privacy Policy.
Please note that there will be times we connect you with an insurance partner of ours directly through our website. Under those circumstances, our Privacy Policy will govern. There may be other times where you are directed off our website to a third-party partner's website. Please note that in those circumstances you will be clearly notified that you are leaving our website, and your personal Information will be governed by the applicable insurance company's own privacy policy. Accordingly, we recommend you familiarize yourself with their data collection practices.
Advertising Partners: With your consent, we may share your Information with our business partners, including channel partners, and third parties that provide products that we think you may be interested in. Although our treatment of your Information is governed by this Privacy Policy, the business partner or third party's treatment of your personal Information will be governed by law and the business partner or third party's privacy policy.
Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your Information with third-party service providers that perform certain functions or services on our behalf (such as to host the Services, manage databases, perform analyses, process credit card payments, provide customer service, or send communications for us). In some circumstances, you will be taken off our website directly to a third-party insurance provider's website. Under those circumstances we will make it clear to you that you are leaving our website. This Privacy Policy only applies to Information collected by our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of those other websites or Social Media Platforms or the Information they may collect (which may include IP Address). You should contact such third parties directly to determine their respective privacy policies. Links to any other websites or content do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by us of the linked website, Social Media Platform, and/or content.
We use commercially reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security measures to provide our Services and safeguard your Information. However, no data transmitted over the Internet or stored or maintained by us or our third-party service providers can be 100% secure. Therefore, we do not promise or guarantee, and you should not expect, that your Information or private communications will always remain private or secure. We do not guarantee that your Information will not be misused by third parties. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security features. Text Messages. Text messages sent from us are designed to make your experience with our Services more efficient. By providing us with your phone number in the process of requesting a quote, you expressly consent and agree to receive automated text message communications directly from Bindable LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including MyLifeProtected, a service of MassDrive Insurance Group. This allows us to communicate with you directly about the quote you receive as a part of our Services.
By providing prior express consent, you agree to receive text messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related state laws, including by the use of an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) to deliver text messages to the mobile phone number which you provided to Bindable. We will use the Information provided by you in connection with the text messaging services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The number of text messages you receive may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.
